A Health Coach is a supportive guide on the side who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.
Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen sliced bananas
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
toppings if you choose*
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Mix on high until a smooth, thick consistency has been formed. Optional to add more almond milk by the tablespoon as needed Depending on how frozen your bananas are, you may need to add 1 or 2 tablespoons of almond milk.
2. Serve immediately or transfer into a parchment lined bread loaf pan. Then, place the pan into a freezer for 1-2 hours to firm up
*you can enjoy your nice cream plain or choose your "nice" cream toppings! Some topping ideas include fresh sliced fruit, raw nuts, no sugar granola, cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips!
