Easy Chia Pudding

Prep Notes

Easy Chia Pudding

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chia seeds
1 2/3 cups unsweetened almond, cashew or other nut milk (adjust to add a bit more depending on your preference)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or vanilla powder
1/4 cup frozen berries or fresh berries

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients really well in a bowl with a whisk. Divide between 2 mason jars, put on the lids and give them another good shake. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. You can also make this the night before and keep in the fridge tor breakfast the next morning.  Just make sure you add a little more liquid. The puddings will keep fresh for a few days in the fridge.

Notes

This is a great chia pudding!  You can make it with the frozen berries or just add fresh berries on top in the morning. I like mine with a bit more almond milk but that's just my preference.  It's great for breakfast!  Just store in the fridge for a quick on the go breakfast. When I'm ready to eat it, I throw in chopped raw almonds, raspberries and cinnamon. Experiment with it and see how you like it!     ~Mandy
