Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chickpeas (or canned garbanzo beans)
2-3 tbsp. avocado oil
sea salt
seasoning of choice (garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, Chinese five-spice, nutmeg, wasabi powder, or your own unique spice blend).
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Rinse the chickpeas and drain well. Pat dry with a towel and spread evenly over the baking sheet.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and rub the chickpeas with your fingers to make sure they are coated.
4. Sprinkle with a generous amount of sea salt and seasonings of choice (black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, nutmeg, wasabi powder) and roast until golden and crisp on the inside but not burnt on the outside, for about 30 minutes (or longer depending on your oven).
