Creamy Garlic Dressing

Creamy Garlic Dressing

Ingredients: 

1 cup macadamia nuts 

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 

4 garlic cloves, minced 

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 

1/3 cup water 

2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 


Preparation: 

1. Combine all of the ingredients except the olive oil in a blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute. 

2. With the lid on and using the blender fill cap, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and blend until the dressing is smooth and creamy. 

3. Taste for seasoning and add more sea salt or black pepper if desired. 

Note: the dressing can be stored in an air-tight glass jar and refrigerated for up to 5 days.
