Creamy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:
1/3 cup tahini
3 tablespoons capers
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup water
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add additional water if too thick.
