Creamy Avo & Lime Dressing

Ingredients: 

1 avocado 

1/2 clove garlic or peeled white onion 

1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro (optional) or parsley

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper 

1/4 cup filtered water 

1 tablespoon fresh lime 

1 tablespoon white vinegar 

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 

1/4 teaspoon sea salt 

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 


Process: 

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. 

2. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times 

3. Good for 3-4 days in an airtight container
