A Health Coach is a supportive guide on the side who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.
Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.

Ingredients:
one bunch of mixed chopped greens
bunches of chopped veggies (bell peppers, red onions...)
a fruit or two: 1/3-1/2 of an avocado, olives, a few fresh raspberries or blueberries (optional)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice, balsamic or apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons your favorite herbs and spices
beans, grains, nuts or seeds that you love (brown rice, quinoa, black beans, garbanzo beans, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chopped almonds or walnuts just to name a few)
2-6 ounces of cooked chicken or salmon or a can of wild salmon (optional)
Process:
To a salad bowl, toss it all in, mix it up and serve. You can also throw everything in a mason jar or shaker bottle, put a lid on it, shake it to mix it up and take it to work or on the go.
Healthy salads take just minutes to throw together and are so easy. Don't be afraid to just toss in tons of colorful veggies! The more colorful veggies you add, the more vitamins and nutrients your body gets! ~Mandy
