Kid Friendly Strawberry Goodness Smoothie
Serves: 1 - 2
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh spinach
1 banana
1 cup filtered water
1/2 cup ice
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal
Directions:
Throw all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
