Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli

Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients: 

1-pound thin beef ribeye, sliced into strips 

1/4 cup coconut aminos 

2 tablespoons white wine 

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 

2 teaspoons unrefined coconut oil 

2 cloves smashed and chopped garlic 

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 

1 head of broccoli, broken into pieces 

1 tablespoon sesame seeds 


Directions: 

1. Add the liquid to the slow cooker 

2. Add garlic and stir in spices 

3. Toss meat in slow cooker to coat 

4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours 

5. Add broccoli about an hour before serving 

6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over top and serve
