Simple Smoothie


Prep Notes

Simple Smoothie 


8 ounces of unsweetened nondairy milk (almond, cashew or macadamia nut milk or 8 ounces of water, whichever you prefer :)
1/2 cup frozen berries 
1 handful of spinach or other leafy greens 
1 T of no sugar added natural nut butter (optional)
1 T of flaxseeds or chia seeds 



Blend all together and enjoy
