Simple Salad Dressing

SIMPLE SALAD DRESSING

INGREDIENTS : Makes 4 servings

  • Splash of  water
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • Sea salt to taste

Process:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a salad shaker


Notes

This is a quick and simple healthy dressing you can just keep in your fridge.  It's great to have some healthy dressing options without all the junk added from the bottled ones that sit on the store shelves for months! You can also experiment with adding Dijon mustard or minced garlic.   ~Mandy
