A Health Coach is a supportive guide on the side who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.
Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.

Salad in a Jar
Directions:
1. In a mason jar, put your dressing on the bottom. See my homemade dressing recipes if you need a healthy option :)
2. Next, add some lighter bits like nuts, seeds (flax, chia, pumpkin, sunflower, hemp seeds), quinoa, mandarin oranges, sliced apple, sprouts, tomatoes, red onions, peas, mushrooms, broccoli, berries ~ put in what you like!
3. Now add the heartier bits like beans, cucumber, carrots, edamame, bell pepper, olives, radishes, chopped hardboiled egg, chickpeas or shredded leftover chicken ~ whatever you're craving!
4. On top add your greens: spinach, arugula or mixed greens. Put on your lid. Store in the fridge.
5. Shake it up when it's time to eat. Pour out on to your plate and enjoy!
It doesn't get much easier for lunch at work or lunch on the go! ~Mandy
