Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients: 

1 cup almond flour 

1 cup peanut butter (look for pb where the only ingredient is peanuts)

1/3 cup granulated Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener 

2 eggs


Directions: 

Heat oven to 350. Combine ingredients and stir well. Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet.  Cook for 6 minutes.  Use fork to gently press cookies down.  Cook for another 6 minutes.  Let cool and enjoy! 

*If you like your cookies a bit sweeter, you can up the sweetener to 1/2 cup.
