Homemade Dark Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
60-70% or greater dark chocolate
bonus ingredients: sea salt, goji berries, maca, spirulina, nuts, seeds
Directions:
Find dark chocolate you enjoy (ideally with 60-70% cacao content or greater)
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or small sauce pan on your stove
Spread the chocolate out on waxed paper over a baking sheet and sprinkle any bonus ingredients you enjoy on top
Pop in the fridge overnight
In the morning, break it up into pieces and keep in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer for a quick easy dessert
