Easy Chia Protein Pudding

Ingredients: 

1/3 cup chia seeds 

1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk 

one scoop plant based or grass-fed whey protein powder (chocolate, vanilla, berry or your favorite)

1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries 


Putting it all together: 

Pour the chia seeds and coconut or almond milk in a glass or jar.  Stir well. Add one scoop of your favorite protein powder and stir again until thoroughly mixed. Top with fresh or frozen berries. Put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, grab and go! 

*You can adjust the amounts of nut milk/and or chia seeds based on how thick you like your pudding :)
