Berry Blast Popsicles


Prep Notes

Berry Blast Popsicles 

Serves 4

Ingredients: 

1.5 cups mixed berries (frozen or fresh)

1.5 cups vanilla Greek yogurt. You can also use coconut, cashew or goat or sheep milk yogurt

3 tablespoons honey 

Instructions: 

1. Combine the berries, yogurt and honey in a high-powered blender or food processor 

2. Puree until smooth 

3. Pour into popsicle molds 

4. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours
